Our Coaches

Coach Roger

Roger comes from a background in MMA, with amateur fight experience and years spent developing his skills across multiple disciplines. As a qualified personal trainer, he brings a strong focus on technique, making sure members learn how to move properly from day one.

He’s especially passionate about helping beginners build confidence, improve their fitness, and actually understand what they’re doing each session, not just go through the motions.

Coach Mitch

Mitch started out just like most of our members, walking through the doors, giving it a go, and sticking with it. Over time, he built his confidence, developed his skills, and naturally stepped into coaching.

He’s all about creating a super welcoming environment where people feel comfortable from day one. His coaching style is laid-back, approachable, and easy to follow.

He’s someone our members genuinely enjoy training with, and it shows in the energy he brings to every class.
