You do not need to know what each class name means before starting. Everything is guided, and options are provided based on your experience.

Strength training helps bulletproof your body by building muscle, improving bone density and supporting joint health, all of which gradually worsens as we age. It is an essential component to maintaining your function, avoiding injury and improving your body’s capabilities.

Strength

Cardiovascular fitness, often measured by VO₂ max, is one of the strongest predictors of longevity and lower all cause mortality. Improving your VO₂ max helps your heart and lungs work more efficiently, increases energy levels and supports long term health as you age.

Heart Health

Training with a focus on mobility and core control helps reduce aches and lowers your risk of injury. Moving well and stabilising your body allows you to train consistently, which is essential for long-term health, independence, and overall quality of life. Chronic pain doesn’t just affect your body, it impacts your mental wellbeing too, which is why addressing it early is so important.

What to expect in a class

When you arrive, a coach will welcome you, explain the session, and help you get set up. Please let them know if you have any existing injuries to work around.

Each class includes a warm up, an explanation and demonstration before moving into the workout. Movements are demonstrated and coached throughout, with options provided so you can train at a level that feels right for you.

You do not need to know what you are doing beforehand. You just follow along and do your best.

Our Classes

  • Our main group strength class designed for everyday people. Build improves general strength and muscular endurance in a structured, coached environment. Sessions vary across the week to keep training balanced, effective and engaging while helping you get stronger and move better over time.

    Session length: 45 mins

  • Build+ is our small group strength and hypertrophy class for those wanting more personalised coaching. With smaller numbers, this session focuses on technique, progression and muscle development while still maintaining a supportive, no-ego atmosphere. Ideal if you want to take your strength training a step further.

  • Bend & Brace focuses on mobility and core stability, paired with light strength training to improve movement quality and enhance weaker areas. The goal is to support better posture, stability and control while reducing aches and lowering the risk of injury.

    This class is designed to complement your strength training and help you move more confidently, comfortably and consistently in everyday life.

  • Our Boxing classes combine technique, conditioning and fun in a high energy, coached environment. You’ll build fitness, coordination and confidence while getting a great cardiovascular workout. Suitable for all levels, with options to scale intensity based on experience.

  • Blitz is our conditioning focused class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and overall work capacity. Sessions are high energy, scalable and coached so you can train at your own level while building fitness, stamina and resilience. Perfect for improving heart health and boosting VO₂ max.

    Session length: 30 mins

  • Abs, Butt and Thighs (ABT) is a targeted lower body and core strength class designed to build a strong foundation. The focus is on glutes, legs and trunk strength to support better movement, posture and performance in everyday life. A great addition to your week to complement Build and Build+ sessions.

  • Our kids boxing classes are fun, structured, and designed to build confidence, coordination, and discipline in a positive environment.

    Sessions usually start with a warm up including light shadowboxing, skipping, movement drills, and games. We then focus on a skill of the day such as punching combinations, footwork, slipping, rolling, or basic defence.

    For more experienced kids, we may occasionally include light, controlled contact like shoulder tag or supervised partner work. Classes finish with a short conditioning or core activity.

    No prior boxing experience is required. The focus is on learning skills, staying active, and enjoying training safely.
